Design and construction of 3 luxury dwellings for Irvine and Storry

In August 2019 Burmor were awarded with the contract to build three luxury homes. This included plot 1, consisting of a six bedroomed house, plot 2 and 3 both consisting of four bedroomed houses. The project is now complete with one house sold and occupied, another sold subject to contract and a lot of interest in the remaining one. This was a twelve month contract that went over by only a couple of weeks despite the Covid-19 pandemic, even managing to move the new buyers into the plot 1 before the end of the contract period.
Design.
All three properties benefit from solid oak canopies to enhance the kerb appeal of the properties. Glass balustrading and white American oak for the staircases, spacious dining around the quartz finished kitchen area with a utility room on the side.
Exterior.
Externally finished with large gardens and close proximity to all Deepings facilities, without a feeling of any congestion, these houses have been incredibly popular and a delight to build.
Completed.
The developers, Storry and Irvine, were excellent clients to work for, they had clear ideas on high standard of workmanship and a high end specification which they intend to replicate on all future developments and we look forward to working with them again.
