We're pleased to have signed contracts to complete this site in Elliott Road, March providing 30 private units to the area. The development is being retained by the client and will be privately rented once complete.

The properties will be made using an ECO 100 timber frame structure from LoCal Homes, who are experts in the delivery of providing low carbon systems, providing alternatives to traditional brick built solutions.

The client has chosen a mixture of brick and render for the external finish, with a bespoke approach to the internal finish; individual colour schemes throughout, giving each property it’s own unique edge.

There is a blend of 20 detached and 10 semi-detached properties, consisting of 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms. The first plots will be available in July 2023, and final handover is due in October 2023.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor leading this project is Sam Harwin, and the site manager is Alex Lowndes.
