Successful Project Completion
Celebrating Success: Burmor Completes 75 New Homes in Peterborough
Burmor is delighted to announce the successful completion of 75 new homes at Trelowen Way in Peterborough for our valued client, Accent Group. Last week we had the privilege of hosting Homes England and Peterborough City Council on-site to showcase the excellence achieved throughout the project. All 75 homes have received an impressive EPC A energy rating, the highest possible, which will significantly aid residents in overcoming fuel poverty. Moreover, we are proud to have delivered these homes ahead of schedule, enabling those in urgent need of accommodation to move into their safe and sustainable new homes promptly.
Ollie Crofts, Associate Director at Burmor Construction, commented;
“We are delighted to have successfully handed over this fully affordable scheme to Accent four months ahead of the original schedule. Delivering a site using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and achieving an EPC A rating for all 75 units has been a testament to their forward-thinking approach, and we look forward to collaborating on more successful project in the future.”
We extend our congratulations to Contracts Manager, Andy Hubbert, for his excellent leadership in bringing this project to a successful completion, with the invaluable support of Ollie Crofts, Associate Director, and Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Ciara Ruane-Fountain.
This achievement marks another significant milestone in the strong partnership between Burmor and Accent. To explore this project further and witness its progression, please visit our project page at https://www.burmor.co.uk/projects/trelowenway.
