In today’s landscape under the guidance of the Social Value Act, making a positive impact across our projects is not just a choice, but an essential for Burmor.

We are proud to be Certified Gold Level with Compliance Chain, as their management system allows us to develop and manage comprehensive plans for all our projects.

By setting and locking social value targets with our clients which are measured against national benchmarks, we are able to make full use of Compliance Chain’s platform to track real time progress, add supporting evidence and documents and most importantly, celebrate our achievements through the use of comprehensive case studies.

We currently are contractually required to report monthly on two of our projects, South Street - Stanground and London Road - Kirton under the Procure Partnerships Framework. The framework has been built to be flexible, providing public sector organisations a choice of single stage, two stage procurement or direct award options. In addition, they provide project delivery support during pre-construction, live construction and post-project delivery, whilst ensuring measurable social value is delivered across all projects.
