Charity Football Tournament 2023!
Burmor host their charity football tournament every year in aid of British Heart Foundation, a charity close to the Burmor family. This year, over £2000 was successfully raised for the charity, as well as an additional £1000 for More Than Homes; more than homes is a charity led by our client, Accent Group, as a response to the increased demand for food banks during the pandemic. It’s aim calls for a united sector-wide effort to support with raising money for The Trussell Trust to help tackle food poverty.
We made the decision to make the event event bigger than years before, in a bid to raise more money for both charities and bring the Burmor team, our clients, and sub-contractors together, along with their families. It was a great success.
Huge shoutout to the winners, Twigden Kaye Carpentry and Joinery, well done! And shoutout to the Burmor team who came second in the tournament.
