Client: Cross Keys Homes

After a successful planning application we are delighted to now be in the construction phase this scheme at Drake Avenue in Peterborough, providing 33 affordable rent flats for our client Cross Keys Homes.

We are working alongside James Garner and Peter Dann Consulting Engineers to deliver 1 and 2 bed flats using a mixture of traditional and steel frame construction. The dwellings have a flat roof finish, and a external combination of brickwork and composite cladding.

This is one of many big schemes we have ongoing in the local area, and the project is still live and being updated. Stay tuned!

The Burmor Quantity Surveyor for this project is Scott Broadbent, and the Site Manager is Glen Smith.
