New Project Announcement!

Delighted to announce our latest residential scheme in collaboration with Accent Group Ltd and Fenland District Council.

This project will see the delivery of 50 affordable new units in Chatteris, a mix of two, three and four bedroom family homes. Using modern methods of construction, they will provide the end customer with a safe, affordable and sustainable home.

Megan Bemrose, Quantity Surveyor for the project, commented “We are pleased to be increasing our portfolio with Accent Group and building fifty new homes for their residents in the picturesque market town of Chatteris. In keeping with the existing built environment, as well as the scenic aspects of the surrounding area, we will be using a classic brick and render finish. It is important to us that we work with our client to create homes that the end users are proud of; we hope that Chatteris achieves this.”
